Located in Salt Lick just minutes from beautiful Cave Run Lake is the Midland Frosty Freeze. The Midland Frosty Freeze has been a mainstay in Salt Lick for many years and this cozy locally owned diner will have your mouth watering at the door. Sometimes the best things are the oldest. In Harrison County that is definitely true when it comes to the over 100 year old Biancke’s Restaurant. Serving everything from Burgers to pasta and seafood, this establishment has something for everyone. If you haven’t tried Biancke’s it is a must try. This next restaurant is locomotive themed and has been a fixture in Carlisle since 1991. When you ask locals their favorite dishes you are most likely to hear about their caboose salad and cheese fries. In Robertson County you will be hard pressed to find someone that hasn’t eaten at Pizza and More. This cozy home town favorite in Mt. Olivet is filled to the brim with dining options. From pizza to burgers and fish, this restaurant has a bit of everything. Located at 325 West Walnut Street in Mt. Olivet, Pizza and More is open daily, except Sunday, for lunch and dinner.
